Operational Support Grade Job
This role is a key part of the day-to-day running of a busy prison. As an Operational Support Grade, you will be part of a supportive team doing various tasks such as security checks, managing deliveries and supervising visitors.
The job involves a combination of desk duties and physical tasks like lifting, carrying and walking to accompany vehicles across the prison grounds. It's a fast-paced role that requires good communication skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
You don't need any qualifications for this job, but having good judgement and common sense is essential. You will work a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts, to keep things running smoothly and safely.
