Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire | Salary: £26,700 + overtime
Shifts: MonThurs 8am5pm, Fri 8am12pm
An established aerospace engineering company is looking for a skilled Pyro Assembly Operative to join their Pyro team in Chalgrove. This is a hands-on role where precision, safety, and quality are essential.
What youll do as a Pyro Assembly Operative:
* Handle explosive components safely and accurately
* Assemble parts to exact tolerances using specialized equipment
* Read and follow assembly drawings and production documents
* Carry out self-inspections and update SAP records
What were looking for:
* Experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or similar industries
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow health & safety procedures
* Attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Team player who can also work independently
