About the Role
As Senior Loan Servicing Manager, you will oversee the full loan lifecycle, from drawdown to redemption, ensuring every loan is structured, monitored, and managed in line with best practice, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
This senior role demands a strong operational and administrative understanding of bridging and development finance. You will handle everything from loan documentation and fund structuring to enforcement processes and intercreditor agreements, ensuring accurate loan monitoring and compliance throughout the loan’s life cycle.
Senior Loan Servicing Manager: Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end loan servicing function for bridging and development finance facilities
* Review, prepare, and manage loan documentation, fund structuring, and intercreditor agreements
* Monitor loan performance, proactively flagging risks and managing potential defaults.
* Lead on enforcement and recovery processes in collaboration with legal advisors and international partners.
* Ensure all loans are fully compliant and accurately administered across their lifecycle.
* Liaise with internal teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders, including international parties.
* Implement and refine operational processes to drive efficiency and mitigate risk in a multi-jurisdictional context.
Senior Loan Servicing Manager: Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in loan operations/servicing within bridging, development, or specialist property finance.
* Understanding of loan documentation, fund structuring, legal enforcement, and intercreditor agreements
* Strong administrative, operational, and compliance background within lending.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
