Job Title: Site Officer Hourly Rate: £22,932 Contract: Permanent Location: Brunswick Gardens, Sheffield Weekly Hours: 35 So…. What is this role exactly? Your Housing Group has an opportunity for a Site Officer based at our prestigious over 55’s retirement living village, Brunswick Gardens in Sheffield. The team at Brunswick Gardens are all passionate about providing a fantastic level of service and support to our customers and the Site Officer plays a huge part in that! We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen to maintain high standards in their work, are punctual, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively. Experience of delivering a building maintenance, general handyperson service or site supervision is essential. What will my working week look like? You will be based at Brunswick Gardens, working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will undertake basic repairs and maintenance work, provide a handyperson service, and carry out regular checks of the building to support the health, safety and security of our residents. Other responsibilities of the role include: • Support with communal cleaning and waste management. • Liaison with colleagues and contractors to ensure repairs are completed. • Operating and resolving issues with systems including heating, CCTV and door entry.
