This role sits within the GP Collaborative Board(GPCB) Office and plays a key part in supporting a group of Clinical Leads whoare working across a range of health pathways. Youll provide proactive projectmanagement support, helping to turn ideas and priorities into wellplanned,welldelivered pieces of work.
Working in a structured and organised way, youllplan, deliver and close projects effectively, managing timelines, stakeholdersand deliverables to ensure work is completed on time, within scope and withinagreed resources. Youll be confident coordinating across different people andpriorities, keeping projects moving and stakeholders informed.
The role also supports the GPCB Development andEngagement Manager, contributing to the effective daytoday running anddelivery of the GPCB Offices wider activities. Its a varied post, well suitedto someone who enjoys working collaboratively, bringing clarity to complexityand supporting clinical leadership to succeed in their work.
Main duties of the job
Planand deliver projects from start to finish, using a structured projectmanagement approach
Developclear project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, resources andgovernance arrangements
Managedaytoday project activity, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks andissues
Ensureprojects are delivered on time, within scope and within agreed resources
Monitorperformance against KPIs and maintain quality assurance throughout the projectlifecycle
Engageand work collaboratively with Clinical Leads, internal teams and externalsystem partners
