* Location / Working Model: South East England | Hybrid (1 day onsite)
We are working with a fast-growing, consumer-focused business experiencing strong subscription growth and investing heavily in its customer engagement strategy. As part of this expansion, the CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand connects with its customers across the lifecycle, driving retention, repeat revenue, and long-term value through data-led marketing.
The CRM Manager will take ownership of lifecycle marketing across email and owned channels, translating strategy into high-impact campaigns and automated journeys that deliver measurable commercial results.
Role Highlights:
– Own and deliver lifecycle campaigns to boost retention and repeat revenue
– Design and optimise automated journeys including onboarding and upsell
– Manage and develop a CRM Executive to elevate campaign delivery
– Partner with creative and product teams to deliver engaging campaigns
– Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap
You Will Need:
– 5+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles
– Proven success delivering results in high-growth environments
– Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo within a DTC setting
– Strong analytical and segmentation skills with data-led decision making
– Confidence working cross-functionally with data, product and marketing teams
