The Role
You will:
* Support a variety of client teams across a broad mix of projects
* Deliver trustee secretarial and governance services
* Organise trustee meetings, including agendas, packs, papers and action logs
* Maintain core governance documentation (risk registers, training logs, calendars, conflicts registers)
* Liaise with third‑party providers and regulatory bodies
* Work closely with experienced colleagues, learning on the job
* Participate in structured training covering technical, consulting and soft skills
* Receive full study support towards relevant professional qualifications
Beneficial Experience
Experience in any of the following is beneficial (not essential):
* Acting as a Trustee Secretary
* Presenting at trustee meetings
* Preparing high‑quality minutes and communications
* Supporting trustee sub‑committees
* Managing member nominated trustee processes
* Managing audits, budgets and invoicing
About You
* Experience in a pensions consultancy or large in‑house pensions team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Numerate; basic accounting knowledge helpful
