Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Dispensing Optician based in Wokingham. The Dispensing Optician will assist clients in selecting suitable eyewear, ensure accurate fitting of lenses and frames, and provide tailored recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with optometrists, conducting fittings, and maintaining customer satisfaction through professional and personalized service. The role also involves addressing customer queries and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and prescriptions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Optics and knowledge of Optometry practices
* Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Understanding of Eye Exams and the ability to collaborate with optometrists for accurate prescriptions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
* Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
* Diploma or certification as a Dispensing Optician and adherence to professional standards
