Overview
As the face of DHL, our Couriers are responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customers, enhancing the customer experience at every stage. This role is key to ensuring that our principles and ethos are demonstrated, providing service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include delivering and collecting shipments efficiently and on time, ensuring excellent customer service, planning and organizing routes to meet customer requirements, handling shipments safely and following manual handling processes, adhering to relevant operational policies and security procedures, completing daily safety checks and maintaining vehicle standards, and identifying and reporting sales opportunities and potential security breaches.

Skills & Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills.
* Ability to handle the physical demands of the role.
* Full UK driving license (C1, 7.5 ton license preferred).
* Experience in a multi-drop courier role and customer-facing positions is advantageous.
