Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team here at Wild Thyme & Honey. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality that aligns with our ethos of providing memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring high standards are met.
* Lead, train, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
* Monitor stock levels and manage ordering processes effectively.
* Annalyse financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a similar type of establishment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
* Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
* Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ampney Crucis GL7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
* Food/Beverage service management or strong supervisor: 3 years (required)
