What you'll learn

What you'll need
To be eligible for this programme, you'll need to have obtained or be on track to achieve a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited university by your start date.
We welcome degrees across a wide range of disciplines - not only STEM. Strong analytical thinking, experience working with data, and problem-solving ability are what matter most.
* Examples include Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Engineering.
* We also encourage candidates from fields such as Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or Humanities - who can demonstrate quantitative, analytical, or AI & Data skills (for example through coursework, projects, or online learning).
Graduate profile
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Are confident handling large and unstructured datasets

* Adapt well to change and thrive in fast-paced environments

* Have some experience using analytical tools (such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel)
Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.
Your development path
Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you'll be supported with training, coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career. In your first 12 months, you'll work on a variety of client projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.
After this, you'll align to a specialised area within Data & AI that matches your skills and ambitions - whether it's data & AI strategy, insight & decision generation, advanced data science, or generative and agentic AI. From that point forward, you'll deepen your expertise, take on more complex challenges, and grow into a trusted advisor, shaping a career path that's uniquely your own.

* Oluwaseyi joined the programme in 2023 and is now designing and managing the build of a mineral accounting insights & reporting solution for a large global mining company.

Key Dates:
We don't post application deadlines as we will close the application window once we receive enough applications, so apply promptly to avoid disappointment.
* Interviews typically begin in November and run through Spring. Due to high volume of applications, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application status.
* Start dates available from September 2026 through to August 2027 and are filled on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
