What's the job?
As a Shift Lead you oversee the shift to create a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and colleagues. You will:
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Ensure colleagues are deployed to make every customer count throughout the shift.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain safety and compliance throughout the store.
