This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and strong benefits once taken on permanently, including a good pension scheme. Key Duties Work as part of a team to collect recycling from residential properties. Safely and efficiently load waste and recycling materials onto vehicles. Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with the public. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties. Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude. Good communication skills. Previous experience in waste collection or outdoor work is an advantage but not essential, as full training is provided. What's on Offer £12.85 per hour basic pay.
