Description As a Procurement Business Partner - Commercial, you will play a key role in maximising non‑aeronautical revenue by supporting the sourcing and management of concession partners across the airport. You'll be involved in the full procurement lifecycle, from tender preparation through to contract setup and ongoing commercial performance tracking. Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Property teams, you'll ensure London Luton Airport continues to offer a compelling blend of services and experiences for our passengers. What You'll Be Doing Managing the procurement lifecycle for new and renewed concession agreements. Supporting the development of sourcing strategies to attract strong, high‑performing commercial partners. Preparing and evaluating tenders across retail, F&B, parking and surface transport categories. Assisting in drafting agreements, including fixed rent, revenue‑share and service‑based KPIs. Collaborating with Commercial, Property and Finance colleagues on planning and delivery. Tracking commercial performance, contract terms and relevant market benchmarks. Maintaining concession contract registers and managing renewal schedules. Monitoring service quality and analysing passenger feedback across concession areas. Providing spend and revenue analysis to support commercial planning and forecasting. Supporting market engagement and reviewing customer and retail trends. Profile A successful Procurement Business Partner - should have: Experience in category management of commercial retailers, retail property management or concession procurement. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue‑generating agreements. Good analytical and reporting skills with a focus on customer impact and service quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external concession partners. MCIPS qualification or working towards it (preferred, not essential).
