We are currently working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND on both short-term and long-term supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive school environments, making a real difference to pupils who need additional support to thrive.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND within a mainstream classroom
Support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent manner

Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
Ability to support learning across a range of abilities
A genuine passion for supporting young people
