Our Production Team members will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and high-power equipment.
Shifts: You must be able to work any of the shifts below.
* 2nd shift 3 PM - 11 PM
* 3rd shift 11 PM - 7 AM.

How You Will Impact WestRock
* Operate a corrugator machine to produce corrugated boards and boxes
* Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure its efficient operation
* Adjust the machine settings to achieve the desired dimensions and quality of the corrugated products
* Inspect the corrugated products for defects and take corrective actions as needed
* Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
* Keep the work area clean and organized
* Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery
What You Need To Succeed
* Experience with high-speed, high-volume work.
* Knowledge of corrugator machine operations and maintenance
* Ability to read and interpret production orders
* Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
