Customer Team Leader
Location: Drum Road, Edinburgh, EH17 8RJ
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)
Work pattern: Mixing opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts with flexibility, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. We can discuss your availability further during the interview.

About the role
As a Customer Team Leader you will lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, delivering essential services to the community. Your duties may include working in the post office or bakery, supporting online services, or home delivery drivers, depending on the store location.
Responsibilities
* Own the day‑to‑day running of the store, leading the team on your shift.
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver excellent service and efficient operations.
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth.
