Starting Salary of£39,036 per annum, with opportunities to progress to £45,272 perannum.

About therole
We have an excitingopportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our hardworkingteam. We are looking for a bright spark to ignite their potentialin helping to maintain our homes and make a difference for ourtenants. Most of the work will be in and around Norwich, but travelmay be required throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk and will becarrying out reactive works including fault finding, void and EICRElectrical works to our homes.
The main focus ofthe role will be:
- To take ownershipfor effective and efficient electrical related repairs in occupiedand vacant homes.- To work as part of a teamcarrying out the company in-house EICR domestic testingprogramme.- To cover Responsive Repairs andElectrical Inspections and provide Testing support wherenecessary.

- City andGuilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installationor equivalent- City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 andPart 2 or City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level3

- AM2 (desirable) depending on whenNVQ completed.- City and Guilds or equivalent2382 (18th Edition of the WiringRegulations).- City and Guilds 2391 Inspectionand Testing or equivalent qualification.- ADriving Licence as travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk willbe required.- Experience of working in PropertyMaintenance- Good ITskills
The successful candidate willbe required to undertake a basic Disclosure and Barring Service(DBS) check and will join our on-callrota.
