About the role
Full‑time role in Bradford or Leeds care home settings. We are a leading care provider seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care to individuals with complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviours.
The role is ideal for a nurse with at least two years experience in a similar position who is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping individuals improve their wellbeing while supporting them to live safely and independently.

Essential Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
* Active NMC registration
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Experience working with challenging behaviours and safeguarding vulnerable individuals
* Confidence using digital care systems and clinical documentation
* Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach
* Able to lead on night shifts when required
* Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and safeguarding

Your Responsibilities as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status.
* Work alongside trained CHAPS staff to support safe and effective medication administration and best practice in medicines management.
* Conduct clinical assessments, risk assessments, and care planning for individuals with mental health needs.
* Apply de‑escalation and therapeutic communication techniques to manage challenging behaviours safely.
* Promote recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing through person‑centred care approaches.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.
* Assist in the development of individualised care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
