My client is an infrastructure business based in Liverpool. Due to maternity leave, they are recruiting for a temporary Credit Controller role initially for at least 9 months, with potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a ledger of accounts and facilitate cash collection.
2. Liaise with external stakeholders to discuss outstanding payments and secure timely payments.
3. Negotiate payment dates to reduce aged debt.
4. Assist customers with dispute queries.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.
Candidate Profile:
Suitable candidates will have experience in credit management and excel at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent cash flow.
