Job Purpose
You will be responsible for driving the team towards the company directives within the SME function of Account Management.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
1. Day to day management of the SME team
2. Be responsible for a portfolio worth 200 million litres annually
3. Leading and driving innovative ways to manage the portfolio and drive volumes, drawers and GM
4. Manage cross sell opportunities to improve customers loyalty and drive referrals into other Radius products
5. Develop a omni-channel approach to customer contact to create a high level of customer engagement
6. Performance management of staff to deliver continuous improvement
7. Create a compelling environment to support performance and retention of people
8. Innovative with new technology to deliver choice to our customer base on how they communicate with us and strive to find ways to reduce cost to serve
