Field Water Purification Service Engineer
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedField Service Engineerto install, commission, service, and fault-find a range of water purification equipment at various customer locations throughout the UK. This is a full-time role requiring significant independent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Maintenance: Install, commission, service, and perform fault diagnosis on various water purification systems (including Reverse Osmosis, De-ionisers, Water Softeners, Filters, and UV Filtration) to meet customer specifications.
2. System Components: Work on associated components such as raw and pure water tank systems, inlet pipe systems, ring mains (ABS or PVC), pumps, and various valve types (e.g., Fleck, Siata, Gemu).
3. Electrical Work: Conduct fault finding and commissioning of control panels and wiring systems.
4. Documentation: Complete detailed engineer reports using designated software, accurately logging all parts used, job details, taking system pictures, and obtaining client signatures.
5. Client Interface: Engage professionally and technically with clients at all levels to manage expectations and provide clear communication.
