Job summary

If you are a first level Registered Nurse or a Registered Pharmacist who thrives working in a community setting, assessing and supporting people with their healthcare issues, this might be just the role for you.


Main duties of the job

You will be eager to keep up to date with developments in the treatments that you are prescribing and help With You to develop, implement and evaluate the interventions we use with our clients. These include: harm reduction, providing support and advice in relation to substance misuse clinics; where we assess and review prescribed treatment plans, advise on detoxification, vaccination, and blood testing programmes. It's not just about those who actively engage with our service — you will also be reaching out to our communities to offer proactive support and education.

Job description


Job responsibilities

You will work closely with the Operational & Clinical Leadership and Recovery Workers to ensure the clinical and psychosocial needs of clients are met, and that prescribing is safe, effective, and in accordance with best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to vulnerable populations. The role involves face-to-face work, requiring the successful candidate to be on-site.
