Requirements
* MSP experience
* Strong IT Support experience
* M365 expertise
* Strong end user troubleshooting skills
* Ability to drive proactive improvements
The role will involve:
* Allocating tickets/ Queue Driving
* Monitoring SLA Timers
* Following up with customers on complaints and negative ticket survey responses
* Quality checking resolved tickets to ensure correct process has been followed, and coaching the team members on shift with them as needed
* Driving customer service improvements
* Ideally being able to handle urgent technical escalations
