You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

Responsibilities
* Maximise profit: Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for your customers.
* Maximise profit: Play an active role in your store to “sell a £1 & save a £1” to help drive sales.

* Doing The Right Processes And Doing Them Right: Complete any actions set for you by your line manager on the back of the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees.
* Doing The Right Processes And Doing Them Right: Maintain a positive approach to service, both in store and at the doorstep, always aiming to be the best place to shop.
* Doing The Right Processes And Doing Them Right: Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies & processes.
* Doing The Right Processes And Doing Them Right: Contribute to providing the best digital service through implementing all “One Best Way” processes.
* Leadership: Lead with approachability, respect, enthusiasm, waste reduction, and care for the business and people.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
* Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
* Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
* Provides balanced feedback to improve the performance of every colleague.
* Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
