Early Years Practitioner – Kibble (Puddle Lane Early Learning & Childcare Centre)
Join us at Kibble, part of the Kibble Group, to support pre‑five children in a nurturing and stimulating nursery environment. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality early learning in accordance with Scotland’s national guidance, the Early Years Framework, and Curriculum for Excellence.
Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring and supportive nursery setting for all children.
* Assist in the development of strong partnerships with families, facilitating open communication and sharing of information.
* Plan and implement a play‑based curriculum that offers rich learning opportunities and equips children with skills, attributes and dispositions to thrive.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality early years practice.
* Maintain accurate records, report writing and keep records in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
* An HNC or SVQ Level 3 in Early Learning and Childcare (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of the Early Level Curriculum for Excellence.
* Experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
* Valid SSSC registration.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality early years service and good record‑keeping skills.
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
