Business Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

What you'll do:
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyse and improve business processes
Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting within core business applications
Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements effectively
Contribute to e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives
Get involved in broader business projects, supporting continuous growth and improvement
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment
Exposure to business applications, ERP, or CRM systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in across all areas of the business
