Customer Service Unit Advisor - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Ballymena Do you come from an admin/customer service background and looking for a role within the Public Sector? Apply now to express interest in this role! About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. 40 hours per week variable Monday - Sunday
3. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
4. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
5. Customer service queries via telephone, providing advice and guidance across a comprehensive range of housing services.
6. Handling follow-up calls, and working in partnership with other to ensure timely resolutions and exceptional service.
Criteria:
7. Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification* (Level 3) plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrative experience
8. Or Have five GCSEs* (Level 2), or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
9. Or Can demonstrate three years’ experience in a customer advisor role and can demonstrate ongoing learning through completion of relevant courses and/or through relevant supported work place or on-the-job training
10. Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face
11. Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
12. Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
13. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
