What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading pre-contract duties including cost planning and tender preparation
* Managing projects throughout the full lifecycle — from early stage through to completion
* Working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes
What They’re Looking For:
* Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years in a consultancy environment
* Either recently chartered (MRICS) or working towards APC
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ready to take ownership of your own projects, with support where needed
