We're now looking for a Senior Early Years Educator to join our team, someone who's ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.
By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
Qualifications
Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
Excellent understanding of EYFS.
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

We expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues are required to complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
