Apex Resources are looking for an organised operational support administrator for our office in Motherwell. As a newly opened office we are looking for an individual willing to learn the process of the recruitment world and play a huge part in the success of the office! What You'll Do: * Support the end-to-end recruitment process – from posting job adverts to onboarding * Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers * Maintain accurate recruitment records and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) * Draft and send offer letters, contracts, and other documentation * Assist with recruitment campaigns, careers fairs, and employer branding initiatives * Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies What We’re Looking For: * Previous admin experience (recruitment preferred but not essential) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems * A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Why Join Us? * Supportive and friendly work environment * Opportunities for career development in recruitment * Be part of a company that values people and growth If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please apply now with your most up to date CV
