Clinical Application Specialist – Endoscopy

Location: North & South London (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cambridge) Hybrid (50% onsite)
Role Overview:
Seeking a qualified Clinical Application Specialist to provide technical and end-user support for endoscopy medical device systems.
The role involves onsite installation, configuration, operator training, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and test medical devices, hardware, and network systems.
* Conduct onsite operator training and support implementation projects.
* Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports.
* Manage documentation, issue escalation, and resolution.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years’ experience with IT systems; understanding of hospital IT preferred.
* Knowledge of software and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and service-based software.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently or collaboratively.
* Willingness to travel regionally/nationally (approx. 50%).
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
