Recruiter - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Are you a passionate recruiter looking for your new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house recruitment team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This position is office-based 5 days per week, from our Support Centre in Speke.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and hiring the best talent for a wide range of retail positions including management roles across our 750+ stores. From partnering with hiring managers to making offers, you’ll help us deliver a first-class recruitment experience and build strong talent pipelines for the future.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in recruitment, a proven track record in filling vacancies, and a creative approach to candidate attraction. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Maintaining and updating high volumes of applications through our ATS.
Proactively sourcing candidates via databases, social media, and referrals.
Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews to shortlist candidates.
Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates with stakeholders.
Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or from an agency background.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
