Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen and develop into a leadership role:
12. Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
13. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
14. Assist with menu planning and development, gaining more autonomy over time
15. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
16. Support cost control, stock management, and ordering
17. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
18. Work closely with management to deliver excellent service
