What you\'ll be doing
* Manage complex and high-risk cases, providing assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation
* Facilitate group sessions and community programmes to support patients and caregivers
* Assist in developing and implementing departmental and inter-departmental projects
* Provide guidance and supervision to interns, junior staff, and support staff
* Deliver talks, workshops, and training sessions for colleagues and community partners
* Apply social work ethics, legislation, and policies in practice, and participate in department initiatives
What we\'re looking for
* BachelorDegree in Social Work
* 3 - 5 years of working experience in social work, preferably in healthcare setting
* Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social workers (SASW)
* Strong clinical assessment, case management, and intervention skills
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and community-based environments
