Product Developer/Manager | Premium Menswear
We’re partnering with a heritage-led premium fashion brand to find a commercially driven and detail-oriented senior Product Developer to join their growing team.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process across core categories - with a strong focus on men's formalwear - while also supporting the expansion into new lifestyle areas.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the full product lifecycle from concept through to bulk production
* Partnering closely with Design to translate creative vision into commercially successful product
* Developing seasonal collections across mens shirting and formalwear, alongside new categories
* Driving sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and intake margins
* Building strong relationships with global suppliers and mills
* Leading fit sessions, fabric development, and technical execution
* Managing sampling and ensuring critical path deadlines are met
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Supply Chain
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in product development within premium or luxury apparel
* Brings strong expertise in mens shirting and/or formalwear construction, fit, and fabrics
* Has a commercial mindset with a track record of driving margin improvement
* Is confident managing global sourcing and supplier relationships
* Is highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects
* Communicates with impact and collaborates effectively across teams
