IFA Administrator Poole Office based Up to £36,000 This role is for you if you have experience as an IFA Administrator and you’re looking for a new challenge. Core Responsibilities As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to your Financial Planners. Obtain valuations, product details, and other key information for analysis. Liaise with product providers and third parties to ensure smooth operations. Process new business, withdrawals, and fund switches, working closely with our Paraplanners. Handle client and third-party queries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain compliant and well-organized client files. Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in every aspect of your role. Key Skills & Attributes We’re looking for someone who: Understands the Financial Planning process. Thrives in structured environments and follows defined business processes. Can work independently and achieve outcomes without constant supervision. Is highly organized, accurate, and detail-focused. Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. Excels at multitasking and prioritizing workloads effectively. Has strong IT skills and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with Xplan is a plus – but don’t worry, they provide full training!
