Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement partner-funded marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) through effective lead generation and brand positioning. Content & Social Media Management: Oversee Visions social media content strategy, ensuring regular publication of engaging, relevant, and high-quality content aligned with our core focus areas Managed Print Services and Business Process Automation. Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and attract new prospects, ensuring content is tailored for maximum impact. Sales Enablement: Write, design, and deliver compelling sales enablement materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support the business development team. Website & Digital Presence: Maintain and update the companys website and digital platforms, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and optimised for performance. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track and analyse marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaboration & Coordination: Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts. Candidate Profile We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organised individual with experience in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational understanding of marketing campaign development and execution, with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, and lead generation. Key Skills & Experience: Proven ability to create engaging B2B content for a variety of marketing channels, particularly within the software and professional services sectors. Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, report, and optimise marketing performance based on data insights. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring high-quality content and campaign execution. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. A creative mindset, with a strong eye for design and branding, capable of generating innovative marketing ideas. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
