Payroll Manager – The Role: You’ll be working as part of a friendly, dedicated finance team with duties will include: * Full monthly administration of the group business payrolls which comprises of seven businesses and eight payrolls (c500 employees total) * Responsible for the payment of all salaries and wages, including overseeing the calculation of maternity, paternity, overtime, as well as starters and leavers, PAYE, Pensions and NICs. * Leading on the payroll and pensions processes, ensuring accurate monthly pension & HMRC reporting and submissions. * Payroll reporting for senior management team, including variances, overtime reporting, etc. * Handling salary, pensions and tax queries and explaining information to employees. * Leading on the improvement of payroll systems and processes including the employee Self-Service Portal and associated workflows. * Respon...
