Actual salary £24,001.20 to £26,640.85
34.5 hours per week, term time plus five days
Required for as soon as possible, permanent contract

We seek to appoint a HLTA for SEND in our START Network team to support teaching and learning, enabling learners with additional needs to make swift progress.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:
1. The ability to work effectively within a team environment
2. A general understanding of the curriculum and classroom roles and responsibilities
3. A passion for ensuring each learner flourishes and feels proud of their achievements
4. Relevant experience working with young people in an educational setting
5. Ability to engage learners and help them reach their potential
6. Ability to establish fair, respectful, and supportive relationships
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
