Salary: Circa £55-65K DOE + Car allowance

Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of fire detection and suppression projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to high standards. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing procurement, supervising on-site labor and subcontractors, processing payments, tracking costs, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires strong client communication, professional representation, and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in fire protection or construction project management, with strong budgeting, commercial, and financial control skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with effective subcontractor and labor management.
* Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and industry regulations, with a focus on quality, safety, and detail.
* Experience in data centres is highly beneficial.
* Relevant qualifications including FIA (Fire Industry Association), PRINCE2, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), NEBOSH, and certifications such as SMSTS or a CSCS card.
* A UK Driving Licence is essential.
