Now, with demand continuing to rise, we're expanding our Care Coordinator team at our brand-new Thame office. What you'll bring: Previous experience in the care sector (Care Coordinator experience is helpful but not essential). Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations. A flexible, dynamic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. The confidence to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a busy environment. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week office based (Thame) Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm Participation in the on-call rota (1 week in 8) Why join us?
