We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic School Program Staff to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a passion for early childhood education. You will be responsible for facilitating educational activities and ensuring the well-being of children in our care. Responsibilities
* Supervise and engage with children during various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote learning and development.
* Foster a positive atmosphere by encouraging communication, cooperation, and respect among children.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive working environment.
* Assist in managing daily operations of the programme, including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the childcare setting.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
* Background in early childhood education or nursery experience is highly desirable.
* Strong management and leadership abilities to guide staff and support children's development.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation when necessary.
* A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.31 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
