Duties:
* Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues, receiving training from current team members to ensure seamless workflow
* Organise and prioritise daily tasks to manage warranties effectively and meet deadlines
* Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate warranty procedures
* Maintain detailed records and documentation of warranty claims
* Provide excellent customer service and support for warranty-related queries
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or similar automotive warranty role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail
* Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical dealership systems
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers
* Knowledge of automotive industry processes and warranty systems
* Customer service experience within the automotive sector is desirable
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive warranty management are advantageous
