Offer description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Consultant (Documents) in our busy HR consultancy team at Quest. This newly created role focuses on completing HR audits, drafting HR documentation, and supporting compliance. You will also provide telephone-based employee relations advice when required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with clients and the wider HR team. The successful candidate will ensure all duties are completed efficiently and promptly, in line with agreed SLA’s.


Essential Experience:

* 2+ years in a fast-paced generalist HR role
* Experience of advising on employee relations matters and drafting HR policies and procedures
* Up to date knowledge of employment law and case law
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment
* Attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and on own initiative and autonomously
* Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)


Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and delivering HR services in line with agreed SLA’s.
* Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance.
* Draft employment documentation, including contracts of employment, policies, and procedures, in line with employment law and client needs.
* Liaise directly with clients to ensure audit recommendations are applied and documentation is compliant and relevant to their needs and industry.
* Provide initial employee relations advice, ensuring it is compliant and offers practical solutions.
* Refer clients to additional services available through Quest.
* Participate in the out-of-hours telephone advice line service on a rota basis.
* Ensure all client delivery is completed effectively and in line with agreed SLA’s.
* Work closely with the wider HR team to support consistent client delivery.
* Undertake any additional client-focused tasks as directed.
