Job Description
HRLife are excited to be working with a growing, fast paced business to find them a pro-active HR Operations Specialist for a 9-12 month FTC. You will lead the operational delivery of all transactional HR services across EMEA to ensure excellent operational excellence, data integrity and smooth embedding of global people processes to support the company as it continues to grow.
With a focus on process optimisation, digital enablement, and global consistency, you’ll be integral to delivering a first-class employee experience whilst supporting the implementation of SAP Success Factors.
Key Responsibilities will include;
1. Manage all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee data management
2. Partner with the Rewards and Benefits team to align payroll, performance, and benefits processes with accurate employee data and timely coordination of changes
3. Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure end-to-end process consistency and efficiency across the EMEA region
4. Support the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team with designing workflows for absence, onboarding and employee data
5. Support user training, change management, and knowledge transfer to embed new SAP modules
