What You’ll Be Doing
* Assembling and testingcomplex mechanical and hydraulic systems, with a strong focus on gearbox and axle builds
* Using precision measurement tools such asverniers and micrometersto ensure flawless accuracy
* Supporting the team leader toprioritise workload and meet demanding build schedules
* Applying structured problem-solving techniques (e.g.8D methodology) to eliminate defects and drive continuous improvement
* Sharing expertise to help train others,raising the bar on build standardsacross the team
* Working collaboratively across departments to improve efficiency and product quality
