As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will be an enthusiastic and friendly, registered healthcare professional with good communication and interpersonal skills who is committed to providing an excellent student experience. It will be an exciting, interesting, varied and challenging role, which will require you to be adaptable, creative, supportive and organised, with a willingness to try new approaches. A background in clinical skills teaching and a knowledge of simulation-based education would be an advantage.
