Your new company
I am working with a client that is seeking a People Business Partner to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases such as bullying, harassment, drugs and alcohol etc. (50 live cases at any point) and change management programs, while providing exceptional customer service to employees.
In your new role you will:
1. Provide expert advice, coaching, and training to enhance relationships
2. Handle complex cases and contribute to corporate objectives
3. Analyze data to provide insights and drive improvement
4. Collaborate on policy development and ensure compliance with legislation
5. Advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion practices
6. Support peer development and career progression within the team
7. Contribute to innovative people-relation approaches, plans and processes, including managing behaviour, ensuring engagement is maintained and managers act in a way that involves their staff, and that it is fair, effective, and equitable
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge of providing people-relations services in house or externally to clients to meet their needs. Understanding of the equality agenda and the ability to address discrimination issues. Understanding of impact of People employment actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to persuade and to deal with challenge positively. Understanding of relevant legislation, national guidelines, and the impact of these on the organisation.
