We are partnering exclusively with a well regarded, Estate and Lettings Agency who are looking to add an experienced Lettings Negotiator to their team in Cheltenham.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Handle new Tenant enquiries, arranging appropriate viewings
* Nurture and develop excellent Landlord relationships
* Maintain thorough and accurate property records
* Negotiate offers, liaising between Landlord and Tenant
What’s in it for you:
* Base Salary of £25-28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £30-35,000
* Study support and professional subscriptions paid
* 21 days holiday, plus additional holiday over Christmas period, plus bank holidays
About you:
* Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator position is essential
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence, plus use of your own business appropriate car
